It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to a true legend, the incomparable Mike Nussbaum. As one of the founders of Northlight Theatre, Mike was also Northlight’s first Artistic Director, and for decades he remained a frequent collaborator as an actor, a director, a supporter, and a beloved friend.
We celebrate the countless moments of joy, laughter, and introspection that Mike brought into our lives. His legacy lives on in the memories we shared, the stories he told, and the impact he had on the Chicago theatre community and beyond.
