Join Our Visionaries Circle
$1500 – $2,499
An annual donation of $1500 or more ensures your membership in our Visionaries Circle – the inner circle of the Northlight family. The Northlight Visionaries Circle is named in honor of Northlight’s visionary leaders, including Northlight founder Evelyn Salk, all of our past and present Board members, and everyone who has contributed to Northlight’s success.

- Lunch with our leadership staff, BJ Jones and Tim Evans, upon request

- Become a Season Sponsor! Sponsor all five productions of our 51st season at the Lead Sponsor level (see above) with all included benefits

Additional Ways to Give
The charitable IRA rollover, or qualified charitable distribution (QCD), is a special provision allowing certain donors to exclude from taxable income – and count toward their required minimum distribution – certain transfers of Individual Retirement Account (IRA) assets that are made directly to public charities, including Northlight Theatre.
Qualifying charitable distributions must be:
- Made by a donor age 70 ½ or older
- Transferred from a traditional IRA or Roth IRA directly
- Completed by December 31 of the corresponding tax year

The Northlight Legacy Society is a group of committed supporters who have included Northlight Theatre in their estate planning. Support Northlight through your Donor Advised Fund (DAF). A gift from your Donor Advised Fund is a simple and tax-efficient way to support Northlight.
To recommend a gift:
1. Log into your Donor Advised Fund through your sponsoring organization including but not limited to Fidelity, Schwab, etc.
2. Search for Northlight using our legal name or 23-7390464
3. Enter the amount you’d like to donate noting that donations through DAF’s cannot be used for goods and services.
4. Submit your grant recommendation to your sponsoring organization and ask the check be made out to Northlight and mailed to their administrative offices: 820 Church 4th Floor Evanston, IL. 60201
Northlight Theatre offers a simple, two-step process for gifting appreciated securities. Donors can receive, in the form of a tax-deduction, the full fair market value of the stock at the time the gift was made as long as the stock has been held for at least one year.
