Our convenient digital gift vouchers allow you to:
- Vouchers can be purchased in any dollar amount.
- Select whether to send the gift email to yourself or directly to your recipient.
- Shop ahead without ruining a surprise! Gift vouchers may be delivered on the date you choose.
Vouchers are valid for up to twelve months from their delivery date and may be used toward tickets, flex passes, or subscription packages.*
How to redeem your digital gift voucher
By Phone (847.563.8400) or In-Person: Inform the patron service associate that you have a gift voucher, and be prepared to provide the Voucher Code listed above.**
Online: Visit purchase.northlight.org and click Login. Proceed to sign in to an existing account or register as a New Customer. Select your tickets, and at the payment stage of your order, you will be given the option to redeem a gift voucher by entering the Voucher Code listed above.**
**This voucher can be redeemed by any new or existing account, but once applied, it may only be used with that account – i.e. If you have a remaining balance after your ticket purchase it will be placed on your account for future use, but may not be transferred to a different account nor returned for cash.
