Lighting the Way for 45 Years
Evelyn Salk, founding Board member, recently passed away at the age of 96. “Evie” spent forty-five years lighting our way with her energy, drive, and love for theatre. Her commitment to Northlight is unrivaled in our 45-year history.
Every theatre has a ghost light, a light that sits on the stage to illuminate the theatre when everyone is gone. Many years ago we named ours after Evie, to honor how much she had always illuminated our way.
In honor of Evie, we have established the “Light the Way” fund. Your gift, especially in the face of the new challenges of COVID-19, will ensure that Evie’s legacy, the future of Northlight, lives on.
