How to Purchase:
Call the Box Office at 847.673.6300 and request to purchase a Flex 2-Pack. Purchase by December 20 to receive a digital certificate that you can print or email to your recipients. (For purchases made after December 20, certificates will be emailed after December 30.)
How Recipients Use Their Tickets:
Recipients call the Box Office with the account # listed on their certificate to redeem their Flex tickets for their desired date of attendance. Redemptions may be made up to 1 hour before curtain, subject to availability.
Terms & Conditions
- Flex 2-pack tickets are valid for any performance to the final two productions in the 2025-26 Season, subject to availability.
- Excludes Premium seats.
