2024-25 Season Renewals
As of September 2022, the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts transitioned to a new state-of-the-art ticketing system powered by Ticketmaster.
This transition means that you will still be able to purchase your Northlight tickets and subscriptions from the North Shore Center Box Office, but North Shore Center patrons will now get access to additional benefits and ease of purchase with Ticketmaster:
- Customized Account Manager platform personalized to each subscriber to renew your subscription tickets quickly and easily online.
- Ability to update all your information online at any time.
- Digital access to tickets purchased through both North Shore Center and Ticketmaster.com in your Account Manager account.
Your North Shore Center Account Manager account has already been created using the email address associated with your Northlight subscription.
IF you have already set up your Account Manager account
when purchasing tickets at the North Shore Center since September 2022 and know your password, proceed to RENEW ONLINE NOW.
IF you do not yet have a Ticketmaster account,
to login and renew online, you must first set up a password by following these steps:
- Visit am.ticketmaster.com/northshorecenter/northlightrenew
- Click ‘Login to Renew’ near the top left of the screen
- Click ‘Sign Up’ in the lower left corner of the Sign In box
- Enter your contact information and click ‘Next’
- Enter your mobile phone number to have a verification code sent to you and click ‘Next’
- Enter the one-time code received on your mobile device and click ‘Confirm’
IF you have a Ticketmaster account but don’t remember your password,
follow these steps:
- Visit am.ticketmaster.com/northshorecenter/northlightrenew
- Click ‘Login to Renew’ near the top left of the screen
- Click ‘Forgot Password’
- Enter the same email address that your Northlight Subscription Renewal email was sent to and click ‘Next’ and choose the option to have a Reset Password link sent to you via text or email. When you receive that link, follow the instructions in that message.
- Be sure to check your spam/junk/clutter folder if you do not see the email within 15 minutes of reset request.
- Once your password has been reset, sign into your North Shore Center Account Manager account.
NOTES ON RENEWING:
- ONLINE RENEWAL is available for “as is” renewals (same seats and series), 5-Play orders only. If you’d like to request seat or series changes or select a 4-Play package, please call.

NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS may be purchased by phone at 847.673.6300, though exact seats assignments will not be available until June 2023.
